Method

Four phases to build a system that runs autonomously

Procezo structures each project in four phases. Each phase reduces uncertainty, directs investment toward the highest-impact areas, and prepares the next. Throughout the process, the guiding criterion is the return generated for the client.

  1. 01

    Analysis

Procezo analyzes how the operation actually works and identifies where automation and digital infrastructure can generate the greatest return. This phase determines what should be solved and in what order, before any technology is defined. The result is an operational diagnosis and a clear set of priorities.

  2. 02

    Design

Once the problem has been defined, Procezo designs the solution around the existing operation. It defines the architecture, the processes to automate and, where necessary, the digital infrastructure required to support them.

  3. 03

    Build

Procezo develops, integrates, and implements the solution within the tools and processes the company already uses, building any missing components from the ground up. Integration is part of the build, ensuring the solution operates within the business rather than alongside it.

  4. 04

    Optimization

Once the solution is running, Procezo monitors its performance, adjusts it, and measures the return generated over time until it reaches the level of autonomy defined at the outset. Ongoing optimization keeps the solution aligned with the evolution of the operation.
