Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This policy describes the use of cookies on the Procezo website and the options available to users to manage them.
1What cookies are
Small text files that a website places on the user's device to ensure its operation, remember preferences, or collect information about its use.
2Cookies used on the website
Two categories: strictly necessary cookies, which ensure operation (including recording the consent preference) and do not require authorization; and analytics cookies, associated with Google Analytics, which are only activated with prior consent.
The artificial intelligence assistant also uses the browser's session storage (sessionStorage), a technology similar to cookies, to keep the conversation while the tab remains open. This information is strictly necessary for the assistant to function, is not shared with third parties, and is deleted when the tab is closed.
3Consent
On first access, a notice allows the user to accept or refuse analytics cookies. Measurement only occurs after acceptance. Those who refuse are not measured and retain access to the entire website.
4Managing cookies
Users may, at any time, review their choice through the button below, which reopens the consent notice and allows analytics cookies to be accepted or declined. Alternatively, they may change preferences or delete cookies directly in their browser. Restricting certain cookies may affect the website's operation.
5Third-party services
The website integrates a Google map service on the contact page, which may use the provider's own cookies when displayed. This service is only loaded after the user accepts cookies in the notice; until then, or if refused, a static image of the location is shown, with no request to Google, together with a link to open the map on the provider's website.
